I’m a heavy user of Cursor, and I subscribed the service for whole year. I max out my monthly 500 fast premium model usage pretty fast (BTW, this quota is way too low for a paid user), and since then I have to rely on ‘slow’ response, which is fine - I can wait. This used to be working in past one or two months since I subscribed Cursor. But since yesterday, even the ‘slow’ response model stopped to work - the request always failed, even after many times re-tries. I emailed to [hi@cursor.com](mailto:hi@cursor.com) and their tech people told me try to open a new composer window: I followed the suggestion and it worked once; after then I still got the same problem - my request always fail, which means Cursor is basically useless to me. ---

Hey, when the requests fail, do you get a request ID in the error log? If so, can you share a recent one with us! You may need to disable privacy mode so we can see more details on whats happening here. ---

Same here, approx 5 to 7 minutes by request. All are very slow, i’m forced to review all projects in progress to quota was expected with lot of wrong response. Absolutely frustrated this last day. I’m currently on the phone with all clients to announce delays on projects because it’s so long and often with answers that don’t go well (which are part of the quota) it’s a shame it really worked better at the beginning . I’m going to take a look at opensource or competing products or even locally with an investment in the latest graphics cards. ---

Same here, I keep getting Failed to get complete AI response. It’s frustrating. Last month I had no problems with it but after renewal last feb 6, and updating to the latest version it’s been terribly inconsistent. Sometimes hours of just unable to do anything with it.
