Describe the Bug

Cursor modified the file, but completely corrupted it. That’s a big mistake.

Steps to Reproduce

Luckily I had a backup.

Expected Behavior

Automatically creates an Undo procedure that restores the file to the way it was before you started working on it.

hi @Neculai_I_Fantanaru and thank you for the detailed bug report.

AI models may make mistakes and may corrupt files.

Make sure to use Git for versioning of code as that way code is easier to be restored in previous version. You can ask agent to initialize Git for you on the project.
