Error: The current working directory must be readable to xxxx to run brew.
Anyone faced and fixed this issue.

It seems there are issues with directory permissions, possibly after an update. Try running the program in sudo mode or change the directory permissions using the chmod command. This might help resolve the issue.
@deanrie thanks for the prompt response, yes I tried with sudo, changing the permission, checking user etc, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Strangely it started working before doing anything, and again stopped working when I had to sleep the laptop and when I started again it stopped working and then I tried the permission but it didn’t help. I saw other couple of posts having similar issues, but there is no solution provided.
I am still having same issue in the windows 10.
