Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor is not working for me today, July 11, 2026. Whenever I try to use the AI features, I receive the following error:
“Internal error — An unexpected error occurred on our servers. Please try again, or contact support if the issue persists.”
Restarting Cursor and trying again did not resolve the issue also did Re-login. The error continues to appear and prevents me from using Cursor normally.
