# Cursor program keeps giving errors, closing and freezing

Hello cursor has not been working for 2 days. I keep trying to open it and it gives me an error. restarting it gives me an error, deleting it completely and reinstalling it gives me an error. Is there anyone who can help with this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

First I closed the cursor program I solved the problem, I typed Windows + R %appdata%, then I deleted the contents of the cursor / user / 😃 then I deleted everything in the cursor directory in Local storage 😃 the program was reset, everything was zero. from scratch, an empty cursor opened again like the first day, I will continue this way again. At least I can use it now.
