Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hi @Eugen_Konkov,

The notification you’re seeing – “Your request to install Cursor on Veem Inc has been sent for review” – is coming from Slack’s own app management system, not from Cursor directly. This happens when a Slack workspace has App Approval enabled and a non-admin user requests to install an app. The request stays pending until a workspace admin approves or denies it.

To stop the daily notifications:

  1. Ask your Veem Inc Slack workspace admin to either approve or deny the pending Cursor app install request. Once they act on it, the notifications will stop.

  2. Alternatively, you can cancel the pending request yourself: go to Slack > Settings & Administration > Manage Apps > App Requests (or ask your admin where to find pending requests on your workspace).

As a note, this is connected to the Slack integration issue we discussed in your earlier thread. The standalone Nightly app (cursor-nightly://) still isn’t fully compatible with the Slack OAuth flow, which is likely why the integration hasn’t connected successfully. Once the pending install request is resolved, you can try connecting Slack through the dashboard (Settings > Cloud Agents > Slack) as a workaround.

Ok. thanks. Now I understand what is going on.

May you please delete the thread. I do not want ORG to be publicly visible.
