Attempting to use agent results in network error. Network diagnostic fails. Changing HTTP Compatibility Mode doesn’t change result. It was working last night. I updated it this morning, and now it’s broken.
Steps to Reproduce
- Update to latest version.
- Run Network Diagnostic

Yes - Cursor is unusable
It’s always the same problem… EVERY UPDATE CRASHES… I’ve been using Cursor since the beginning and it’s ALWAYS had these problems. If you update when they release it, you’re screwed. They don’t seem to care, they just release updates in a rush, to further reduce what could be done before, in order to charge more.
Now even parallel agents, which I used before in the pro plan, are only possible in the ultra plan.
I’ve never seen such a good tool with such a bad sales team, it seems like they sold their soul to capitalism, and now they’re going to keep cutting back and reducing the user’s power of use, in order to charge more and more.
That’s so sad
yes, I have the same problem - now for 45 min .. before that was ok
its not update related, the services are just down, because too many ppl are using cursor, i guess opus might be the reason^^
@Jlabrana chill dude, have a walk, coffee, soda or tea. use the circumstance to take a break, you sound like you need one

Relax, man? I don’t know about you, but I have a lot of work to do… What I need is to finish my work. As a customer, I have the right to voice my dissatisfaction.
It’s always the same thing, every time they update, the service goes down, it gets worse.

It seems that something might be wrong with Cursor. My Web Dashboard shows that I am on the Free plan, even though I have a Pro subscription. Additionally, I keep receiving a “Connection Error” in the IDE.
Could you please look into this issue?
