I just noticed the new release feature of Super powers 5 with a visual companion that raises a web app to walkthrough brainstorm (similar to plan mode). Is there any way cursor can run this?

Superpowers is compatible with Cursor – you can install it via the Plugin Marketplace - Link. The core Superpowers skills (brainstorming, planning, TDD, code review, subagent-driven development, etc.) work in Cursor once installed.
For the Visual Brainstorming feature specifically, the Superpowers developer notes that it’s been primarily tested in other coding agents but “should work in most agents.” It works by spinning up a local web server that displays HTML-based visuals and collects interactive feedback. The viewing part should work fine (you’d open the URL in any browser). Still, the interactive feedback loop between the browser and the agent may behave differently across platforms, since terminal interaction models vary.
For the most reliable guidance on Visual Brainstorming compatibility with Cursor, I’d recommend checking with the Superpowers community directly.
