Here’s a clear community post:

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with Cursor. Whenever I press **Ctrl+R** , instead of performing the expected action, Cursor switches to the **Projects** view.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to change or disable this keyboard shortcut?

Thanks!

Hey @Shoaib_Sarwar, thanks for the report.

On Linux, Ctrl+R is Cursor’s default shortcut for File \> Open Recent, so it opens the list of recently opened folders and workspaces (that is the “Projects” list you are seeing). It is the same default as in VS Code.

You can [configure your keybindings differently](https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/configure/keybindings) if you so wish!

Separately, the dialog in your screenshot (“The window terminated unexpectedly, reason: ‘clean-exit’, code: ‘0’”) is a known issue on Linux with 3.19.x that we are already tracking.

@Colin Thanks for the detailed answer. However, when I switch to the recent project using Ctrl + R, I still get the same error (`clean-exit`). I have to manually open the other project or open it from the terminal using `cursor .`.

I have enough memory and storage available, but Cursor is still crashing again and again.

A fix has rolled out with _v3.9.13_.
