Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Click on the cursor tab and hover over the snooze information icon. The overlay is behind the parent overlay.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, this is a known bug. The tooltip for the snooze icon renders under the status bar popup because of a z-index conflict. There have already been a few reports:
