# Cursor takes a very long time at start downloading VSCode Server

Hi @Thomas-3454, it looks like the download within the WSL environment is much slower (which is what our extension attempted) than the downloads outside of it (which is what the VSCode extension did). Do you have a proxy or different networking configuration inside WSL? The server package is same.
