# Cursor Version: 0.45.11 Commit: 1.96.2 - constant crashes

I just updated to Cursor Version: 0.45.11 Commit: 1.96.2

This version crashes every 5 - 10 Minutes, while I am writing with the composer. This began with version 0.45.10.

I am using Cursor on macOS Apple Silicon.

In reverted to the “Previous Version” 0.44.11 [Downloads | Cursor - The AI Code Editor](https://www.cursor.com/downloads) but avoid the problem, to thats not the solution.

same thing for me, i have been struggling. now it just refuses to do anything. i have switched to new composer, still nothing… its frustrating. first off it was slow, i would have to beg it to work like 4 times, before it will start, it will do like 2 task and then go to sleep again. and its just burning my credits. i spent over 200 credits on just one problem.

Same for me – since updating to 0.45.10 I’ve had constant crashes and can barely use Cursor at all.

Crashes every 5min or so (sometimes more frequently) when using Composer.

Apple Silicon Sonoma. Had no issues prior to update

Same issue here. Apple Silicon Sonoma, M4 Max, no issues prior to update to Cursor 0.45.11.
