Instead of putting all your resources into build the Agents Window (native windows app) – You should have rather put all efforts into building a Web Application (like so many other successful AI building apps)
The flexibility one has with a browser application is massive!!!

Yes only challenge is access local machines file system — but I am sure building a little companion app to install on the local machine to give this full access is doable.
Just quick Composer 2.5 plan mode this and get it built!
