# Cursor's chat panel starts scrolling on its own when set window.zoomLevel 1.2

### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

### Describe the Bug

When I set window.zoomLevel chat with ansert and files starts scrolling on its own

### Steps to Reproduce

- set window.zoomLevel 1.2
- ask something in chat
- when answer is generated open panel with changed files [CleanShot 2025-10-27 at 15.58.35 · CleanShot Cloud](https://cln.sh/ZdzWNGjG)
- cursor starts scrolling chat panel on its own

### Expected Behavior

do not scroll on its own like window.zoomLevel 1

Hey, thanks for the report. This looks like a UI rendering issue related to the zoom setting.

I haven’t seen other reports yet, but your repro steps are clear. I’ll pass this to the team for investigation, since it’s a reproducible bug affecting the chat panel at non-default zoom.
