Custom mode cannot be deleted

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I have an annoying problem that has existed for several major versions: my “Custom Mode” menu never looks like the official display, especially, there is no way to delete a custom mode.
For example, if I click “Add Custom Mode”, even if I don’t enter a name for it, this mode will always exist in the list (as shown in the figure).

Steps to Reproduce

press “Add custom mode”

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey, thanks for the report. When you hover over the custom mode, do you see an edit icon?

Yes, there is an edit button, but it can only be modified, and the custom mode with the missing name still shows that a name needs to be entered—it cannot be deleted.

Click Advanced options. There you can delete the mode you need.

OK I see it, thank you !
