Describe the Bug
When the option in Cursor Settings → General → "Open Agents Window at Startup " is set to “On”, it causes the “IDE” button in the Agents Window to open another agents window rather than the editor, causing there to be no way to open the editor while this setting is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce
Set the option in Cursor Settings → General → “Open Agents Window at Startup” to “Yes” and restart Cursor. Then click the IDE button either from the link above the chat section, or from File → Open IDE.
Expected Behavior
Editor should be accessible even when the Agents Window is default.
