Still an issue on Version: 3.1.10

Version 3.1.10 still has issues.

Hi all, thank you for the continued reports. A fix for this has been identified, and I believe it should make its way into public releases beginning with version 3.2.

Still exist!

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

Deleted agent sessions reappear i Agents list after deletion. Even after removing local transcript/cache data and restarting Cursor, previously deleted sessions still return

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Cursor IDE
  2. Delete one or more existing agent sessions from Agents UI
  3. Fully quit Cursor (not just closing a tab/window)
  4. Reopen Cursor IDE
  5. Check Agents list

For AI issues: which model did you use?

N/A

For AI issues: add Request ID with privacy disabled

N/A

Additional Information

  • Local transcript folders under ~/.cursor/projects/
/agent-transcripts were manually cleaned
  • Matching workspace cache under ~/Library/Application Support/Cursor/User/workspaceStorage was also cleared
  • This suggests sync/server-side rehydration rather than local cache only

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Thanks. When is 3.2 scheduled to go out?

yea
 when will 3.2 come out.

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When I delete the chats they disappear at first, but when I reopen the chat history they’re still there

Steps to Reproduce

I click on “Show chat history”, then for each chat i click on the three dots, select “Delete” and the chat disappears from the list. I clear all chats with this method, but then when I close the chat history list and reopen the app, all the chats are still there

Expected Behavior

They should be deleted when I press Delete

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Can it be considered a fix for this to be backported to 3.1, please? It’s rapidly eroding my trust in Cursor to protect my privacy. Also the fact that deleting everything in `~/.cursor/projects/*` doesn’t fix this.

Still an issue in 3.1.17. The most annoying bug that should have been fixed 3 weeks ago.

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey everyone,
The issue with deleted chats reappearing after restarting Cursor has been addressed in a recent update. Updating to the latest version should resolve this — let me know if you’re still running into it!

This issue is still present, I am running 3.1.17, VSCode Version 1.105.1. When I delete a chat, it momentarily deletes, if I create a new chat, all previously deleted chats in the workspace reappear.

Version: 3.1.17
Still not usable because of this bug.
Hope it is not a tooooooo hard to fix bug.
