Disable disk scanning?

Hello,

I use only the Ask feature. I wasnt familar with intrusive scanning on other Cursor AI Versions. Im using AppImage v49. I asked it a question more so how-to but it took it upon itself to try and figure out by scanning my local bin diretory and opening launch scripts to determine something. Can I disable that? Id only like Cursor to see what I have opened inside of it, not for it to be able to open what it wants ■■■■■ nilly?

Please provide more information so we can investigate the issue:

  • Which model are you using?
  • Which Cursor version and OS version do you use?

In case you mean 0.49 that would be a very outdated version. Please update to latest 1.3?
