It now seems that when I hit my usage limit, instead of showing that it switched models (like it switched from a powerful model to composer), it just seems to do it automatically. It used to output an error that I’ve reached my usage limit, so it was clear to me that it was using a less powerful model for whatever task and that I’ve hit the limit.
Now it just puts a little status update thing in the bar as a model output, but it’s not very clear that that’s what’s going on. I’d like to know when it’s being switched. I feel like this is kind of sneaky.
