Editor window: support /ask to switch agent mode (like Agents window)

Agents window already supports /ask to switch into Ask mode.

Please add the same /ask slash command in the Editor window so I can switch agent mode there without leaving the editor.

Hey @cscs, thanks for the suggestion!

FYI, the Editor window can already switch modes from the keyboard: with the chat input focused, press Cmd+. (Ctrl+. on Windows/Linux) or Shift+Tab to cycle through Agent, Plan, Debug and Ask.
