Hi team, I would recommend you guys enable mid-month subscription cancellation. I understand you don’t have control over upstream models and you try to develop your own. But for now I think many expect upstream models.
Now as customers we are stuck. We pay $200, then suddenly service quality changes, we are blocked by your AI.
