Error on WSL ubuntu: libgbm.so.1: cannot open shared object file

The error is

/tmp/.mount_cursor6uhu0s/cursor: error while loading shared libraries: libgbm.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any ideas how to resolve ?
