Hey all, closing this as I believe the conversation is straying further from relevance to Cursor itself! Feel free to have this discussion on any other platforms, as the politics behind AI is obviously a big focus of all in our industry right now, but this forum is not the best place for it!
To summarise, DeepSeek will not be added as an official API any time soon, as we are hosting it ourselves on western servers for now. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know!
