### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

### Describe the Bug

I was using it when suddenly it prompted “Failed to read file.”

### Steps to Reproduce

I don’t know if it’s because this file has over 8,000 lines of code, but anyway, the previous conversation was working normally, while the next one didn’t work. Even creating a new chat to read this file didn’t work, but it can read other files

MacOS

I think I’ve solved it. By creating a new chat and switching models to have a successful conversation, then switching back, it seems to be restored.

However, if it’s still the sonnet4 model, directly reading this page in a new chat will still have this issue.I think I’ve solved it.
