Describe the Bug
When working with the agent, a list of all changes in files began to appear in the AI information output menu. It appears and starts loading the added and deleted lines. The interface freezes for this time. It doesn’t matter if I click a check mark or a cross in the right corner of the list, the list doesn’t disappear. At the same time, the failed to run review message appears at the bottom of the screen from time to time. There is no way to delete the list. If I open a new chat, there is no list. But with the first changes, it reappears.
Steps to Reproduce
My error is reproduced at 100/100. It’s enough to start changing something in the code base.
