Fails at locating the current folder/workspace

Why does Cursor fail so hard at locating the current project folder?

  1. The folder is @Filter
  2. The project workspace is selected on the left
  3. I’ve told it numerous times the folder name
  4. It has confirmed the folder content

Then it goes ahead and makes changes to another project…

Windsurf has no issues at all.
