'm a heavy user on the $200/month plan, and I typically run out of credits within 10–20 days. After that, I’m forced to switch to Codex or ChatGPT to continue my work.
I’d like to request a mid-cycle credit refresh feature. This could work as:
A one-time manual reset with a prorated charge, or
An optional “top-up” pack that restores credits immediately
This would allow power users to stay on your platform without interruption. It also gives you additional revenue from users who are already heavily engaged.
Many of us would gladly pay extra to avoid the downtime.

This case is covered today via on-demand usage. You can turn it on in your billing settings and set a spend limit that works for you. After you use up your included allowance, you can keep working pay-as-you-go at the same API rates, with no downgrade in speed or answer quality, so you don’t need to switch to a different tool. If you’re consistently hitting the limit in 10 to 20 days, it might be worth looking at a higher plan. It’s usually more predictable than one-off overage charges.
