File Destroying Bug Involving 4o-mini

My file I was working on completely got wiped from my local files, unable to recover (I did not commit the changes).

The best way I can recommend to replicate it is to use a larger model (in my case, the new Sonnet) for a few prompts on a specific file (including the model creating the file), then switch over to 4o-mini for a small modification (in a new chat I believe), then click command-n to refuse 4o-mini changes, and this will effectively wipe EVERY change that Cursor has made, deleting the file and making it nearly impossible to recover if you haven’t been making consistent commits.

I’m not even sure it relates to the 4o-mini model, I just now I lost all of my progress and this is a very severe bug. I love Cursor, I hope this is fixed quickly.
