I believe I’m not the only one who experiences this: as a project grows, certain files end up being added to the context with almost every request.
It would be incredibly helpful if those files were already present when starting a new chat.
or is it already implemented through Notepads?..
I think a better approach would be for the cursor to automatically find the file based on demand, rather than having it fixed there.
Now I think the cursor seems to have tried hard in this regard, and in many cases it can find the corresponding file to read by itself.
Agent performs better when you provide all the necessary files. This reduces the risk of errors and functionality loss due to lack of context.
At present, it is true, but if the agent can think like a human, find the content required by itself, and find the most accurate part as context, it will be more accurate and make people less worried.
