Hey @nitesh_sharma. Looks like you created two posts about the same thing, so let’s keep everything in one place so we don’t lose context.
Good news: this isn’t anything in your setup, and it’s not related to an update. The cloud computer running your Bots stopped authorising on our side late on 6 September, so every message fails with “Bot failed to respond”. Your Bots, chats, and files are still there, nothing was lost.
For now, please don’t Reset, Update, or reinstall Grok Bot. It won’t help in this case. This is an issue we’re already tracking, and the fix is happening on our side. Once your account is restored, close and reopen Grok Bot and your Bots should start responding again.
I’ll reply in the thread as soon as there’s an update.
For now, just don’t touch Reset, Update, or reinstalling. In this case they won’t help. Once everything is back up, close and reopen Grok Bot. Bots should start replying again.
Did not expect that this can take this much time I have supergrok plan access currently which I want to use for some of my work through Grok Bot but I don’t think I can now
