In this case, the credit covers half of the model usage that should have been discounted during the incident but wasn’t. This amount will vary per user.

The Free usage is coming from credit grants issued after 'Cursor-grok-4.5-high-fast' doesn't offer a 50% discount at all - #19 by Colin!
