# From AI chat window I am unable to send and receive any chat

When i press enter after adding my query to the chat window, i do not see any response from AI nor I see the 3 dots (…) animation. I am a paid subscriber and I have logged in and logged out and tried all possible things (restarts, reinstall etc) but the issue seems to not get resolved. Can someone give me any pointers, on what the issue can be or how to debug
