Full Company Lockout- SSO

Describe the Bug

No one from my organization is able to log in (unless they were saved logins). I am the new system admin, and the previous one had enabled SSO login, but it appears to have broken at some point. I have attempted to reach hi@cursor for weeks to help us get an admin logged in to fix this, but have had no response for weeks.

Steps to Reproduce

Always get the response “Access blocked, please contact your admin” when attempting to login with any account.

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

N/A-the version is irrelevant to the issue.

Additional Information

Some users still get access if they haven’t been logged off since this occurred.

Does this stop you from using Cursor
