Gemini 2.5 pro stops to generate code in the middle

I’ve never experience this before, but starting today, gemini 2.5 pro stops to generate code suddenly in the middle. I think it’s highly related to gemini 2.5 pro update, is it only me who experience this or any related issue?

Same issue here. It worked at first request, but after a follow-up request, it said “I’ll fix the code” and stopped all of a sudden, asked it to continue, still stopped at code generation.

I played with the 3/25 model on Gemini’s site before getting into Cursor - still experimental and still stopped generating as served by Google. This doesn’t seem like a Cursor issue since it had this issue on Google as well.

The 5/6 model update isn’t what I’m using - I don’t know if MAX is that model but there’s no indication to me that the model is the exp 5/6 model that’s topping the arena charts right now.

This happens to continuously. It’s really painful as it provides no reason, it just stops.
