This is getting ridiculous. I am getting a new agent every 30 minutes, or about 4-5 prompts. It takes at least that long or even longer to get a new agent up to speed and then I have to start the process all over. I see no logic in any of this. Let us pay more to keep the same agent, or allow new agents to scan the message thread to easily get up to speed. This is beyond counterproductive.
