With cursor ide it’s really easy to set global user rules, however with cli I can’t find a way to do the same. You can set project rules, in AGENTS.md or give the path to the model in each session, but is there a way to set user rules for all projects?

this is trash to me, Cursor is not a dependency in my application. Therefore I don’t want a repo or project specific file. Also I do not want to replicate a file for each project I open. And I don’t want to repeat myself every time I launch a chat (ironically even with the app [non cli] I still had to make the agent reread the rules)
How do we get a global ruleset, per project is an absolute no-go for me and makes the service useless in the context of cli.
