Describe the Bug

I’m getting the following error despite over $100 of usage based pricing available. Please advise:

GPT-5 is not currently enabled in the slow pool. Please select another model, or enable usage-based pricing to get more fast requests.

Steps to Reproduce

I have used a lot of GPT-5 and it’s now blocking me

Expected Behavior

Using GPT-5 should work with usage based pricing
