Hey, we have recently upgraded our usage billing feature to support most of what you are mentioning!

While you always need a Pro account for this, you can now enable usage billing for normal fast premium requests. This means if you exceed your 500 requests, every subsequent request would be charged at $0.04 each, so you only pay for what you use each month.
