Hey, thanks for the report. I can see the screenshot. When you search for “Grok” in Settings > Models, the list is empty.
A couple things to narrow it down:
Remove the “Grok” filter from the search field. Do you see other models (Claude, GPT, Composer)? Or is the list empty for everything?
Fully close and reopen Cursor, as in quit and reopen, not just reloading the window. That will re-fetch the model catalog. If that doesn’t help, sign out and sign in from Cursor Settings.
Your region. Are you in the EU? Grok 4.5 wasn’t available in the EU at first due to EU AI Act notice requirements, so a refresh or update won’t show it there until it’s enabled. If you’re in the EU, that’s expected. Keep an eye on updates in the Grok 4.5 thread: Share your Thoughts on Grok 4.5!
If you’re outside the EU and after a full restart plus sign-out and sign-in Grok still doesn’t show up, or all models disappeared, send the Request ID from the chat (chat menu top right > Copy Request ID) and we’ll dig deeper.
