Long-running agents: Grok 4.6 is built to stay with difficult work over many steps. On longer trajectories, it does more self-testing and verification, checking its own work before moving on.

From idea to working project: It’s especially strong at turning a broad product idea into a working first version, with stronger first passes on visual and interactive work than Grok 4.5.

Frontier intelligence: Grok 4.6 matches GPT-5.6 Sol on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, a composite of nine benchmarks. It also adds an Extra High effort level, so you can match compute to how hard the task is.
Grok 4.6 is live across desktop, cloud agents, iOS, the CLI, and our SDK. Individual and team plans include double (2x usage) for the first week. Grok 4.5 remains available, and Composer is still our fast, cost-efficient model for everyday coding.
