Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Grok Bot
Describe the Bug
On a Mac with Apple silicon, Grok Bot was initially installed as version 0.28.0 and then automatically updated to version 0.29.0. After the update, it briefly displays “Setting up Grok Bot’s computer” and then the window turns completely black and becomes unresponsive. There are no controls, Settings, or sign-in options available. The main Electron process, renderer, GPU process, network service, and local execution daemon were active during diagnostics, but macOS generated no crash report. Please rebuild or recreate my Agent Computer / backend image.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Grok Bot from the official macOS DMG.
- Launch the app and sign in with Cursor.
- The app displays “Setting up Grok Bot’s computer” briefly.
- The window then becomes fully black and unresponsive.
Expected Behavior
Grok Bot should complete Agent Computer setup and show the normal application interface so I can sign in and use the service.
