### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)? Grok Bot ### Describe the Bug My account is on a privaterelay apple account, please contact me for that account name as im unable to sign in on here with the same address! T-I30541 Has details Since about 3:20 AM ET (07:20 UTC) on Oct 26, the cloud computer my Grok Bot assistants share has been frozen. Every command stalls and times out after about 14 minutes, and even a simple `echo` or `ls` hangs. It rebooted once around 2:20 AM ET, then froze again. Every bot that uses the computer is stuck, including shell, file reads, screenshots and its background helpers. Bots that only use connections still work. Restarting it with Update Bot’s Computer fails. The app now shows “Resetting your computer” and has been stuck on that for hours with no progress. Support hasn’t been able to fix it. My bots have been unable to run scheduled work all day, including a drop that is due on Oct 30. This is critical for me because the computer holds the only copy of my business’s site source code with its git history, the design and print art, and the supplier mappings. None of it was backed up off the computer, and I can’t create a backup because nothing can run on it. Please do not wipe the disk when recovering it. ### Steps to Reproduce . Open any of my Grok Bot assistants that uses its computer. 2. Ask it to run a simple command or read a file on its computer. 3. It hangs for about 14 minutes, then times out with no result. 4. Running Update Bot’s Computer fails, and the reset screen stays on “Resetting your computer”. ### Expected Behavior Commands run normally, and Update Bot’s Computer restarts the computer and keeps my files. ### Operating System iOS ### Version Information 1.18.0 grokbot ios ### Does this stop you from using Cursor Yes - Cursor is unusable ---
