### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)? Grok Bot ### Describe the Bug **Describe the Bug** Since Oct 23, 2026 at about 11:25 UTC (6:25 AM CT), every browser action and Screenshot on my bot’s computer fails with: > The box could not confirm that no saved credential is being filled into its browser, so this tool did not run. Everything else still works: Shell, files, connectors and routines. Only the browser and desktop are blocked. **Steps to Reproduce** 1. Ask the bot to open any page (e.g. [example.com](http://example.com)) or take a screenshot. 2. The tool is refused with the error above, every time, for about 4 days now. **Diagnostics (from the bot’s computer)** - /tmp/sand-supervisor/status.json: hostRunning: false, hostVersion: 78042fa, gatewayDescriptorPresent: false - /tmp/sand-host.log: 0 bytes, last modified Oct 23 11:25 UTC - box-doctor (Oct 25): 11 checks, 0 failed. Chrome running; egress, clock, dbus and disk fine. **What I’ve Tried** - Update Bot’s Computer on Oct 23: no effect. The Update row is no longer visible in my settings. - Emailed [support@x.ai](mailto:support@x.ai) Oct 25 at about 13:30 UTC: no reply yet. - Sent in-app feedback Oct 26. This looks like the same issue as topics 175929 and 176355, where the fix was moving to a fresh computer. **Impact** All social posting, YouTube uploads and analytics across my 12 bots have been blocked for about 4 days. I’m backing up my files to my own drive today and will confirm here once it’s done. Please move me to a fresh computer, keeping my bots, chats and routines.
