# Grok Bot computer: host service down since Oct 26, "saved credential" error on every browser tool

### Describe the Bug

Since Oct 26, 2026 around 20:01 UTC, every browser tool and Screenshot on my Grok Bot computer fails immediately with: “The box could not confirm that no saved credential is being filled into its browser, so this tool did not run. Retry in a few seconds.”

Shell and file reads still work (commands answer in milliseconds), internet works, disk is healthy (11% inodes). Only the browser and screenshots are blocked, so my browser-based routines have stopped.

Diagnostics:

- /tmp/sand-host.log is 0 bytes, last modified Oct 26 20:01 UTC
- /tmp/sand-supervisor/status.json does not exist
- /tmp/sand-copy-in-status.json: {“phase”:“failed”,“restored”:0,“total”:0,“bytes”:0,“outcome”:“failed”,“errorClass”:“entrypoint-no-terminal-status”,“exitCode”:1}
- box-doctor: Chrome, network, clock and display PASS; x11vnc and noVNC on :1 FAIL

Same issue as topics 176355 and 176385 (background host service never started).

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask any bot to take a screenshot or open a website: fails right away with the “saved credential” error.
2. Ask a bot to run “echo ok” in Shell: works fine.
3. Settings \> Update Bot’s Computer: completes, nothing changes.

### Expected Behavior

Browser tools and Screenshots work again, or my computer is moved to a fresh working instance.

### Additional Information

On Oct 26 the root filesystem ran out of inodes (a folder with ~1.9M files). We deleted it and inodes are now at 11%, but the browser block started around then and never cleared.

I have backed up everything I need from this computer (all files, including everything written through Shell). Could you please move me to a fresh computer, keeping my bots, chats and routines? Thank you!
