No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @anindya_sinha, thanks for the report, and sorry for the trouble.

Good news first: your Grok Bot computer and your Bots are fine on our side. Every “Recover computer” you tapped actually completed, and nothing was deleted. What is failing is the phone’s network lookup of the address the app uses to reach your computer. Looking at the timing, the phone worked normally on your home Wi-Fi until about 7:20 AM today, and the trouble started around 10:45 AM once it was on the mobile network it has been on since. Some mobile carriers’ DNS servers do not resolve that address, and reinstalling or recovering cannot change that.

Please try this on the phone:

  1. Open Android Settings and go to Network & internet.
  2. Tap Private DNS (on some phones it is under Advanced, or search Settings for “Private DNS”).
  3. Choose “Private DNS provider hostname” and type: one.one.one.one
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Fully close Grok Bot (open Recents and swipe it away, or Settings → Apps → Grok Bot → Force stop).
  6. Reopen Grok Bot, sign in if asked, and give it up to two minutes on the setup screen.

If you would rather test quickly first, connect the phone to your home Wi-Fi (the one that worked yesterday) instead, then do steps 5 and 6.

Thanks bud. It worked
