### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)? Grok Bot ### Describe the Bug Grok does not work for me anymore. Hey @andreasmunddk-code This isn’t anything on your end, and reinstalling or resetting won’t fix it, so you can hold off on those. Grok Bot’s been under heavy load since launch, which is what’s blocking agents from loading and setup from finishing. Your agents, files, and logins are safe. We’re actively working on it, so just give it a bit and try again later. If it asks you to sign in again, use the same login you originally set it up with (e.g. Google/X) rather than email + password. I’ll post here once it’s stable. ---

@mohitjain still not resolved on my side as of 16 Aug. I posted yesterday and also emailed [hi@cursor.com](mailto:hi@cursor.com) — no reply yet. Details: - Product: Grok Bot desktop on macOS, same Cursor login I originally set up ([lokpati@altcase.com](mailto:lokpati@altcase.com)) - Setup never finishes: “Grok Bot couldn’t finish setting up” / “Can’t reach your computer” - Settings → Reset Grok Bot’s Computer is disabled with “Open a Bot to reset the shared computer.” I can’t open a Bot until the computer exists, so I’m stuck. - Sign out / sign in did not help. The assigned cloud host still does not resolve (NXDOMAIN). A new pod id appeared later and that one also does not resolve. - Local internet and api2.cursor.sh are fine. I can’t pay for a second Cursor account just to start over. Please recreate the Grok Bot sandbox on this account. Thanks. ---
