Describe the Bug
Every message to any Grok Bot fails with “Bot failed to respond / Something went wrong while generating the reply.” Started <date/time>. Same symptom as Grok bot failed to respond where staff confirmed the account’s cloud computer was stuck and recovered it server-side.
Already tried, no effect:
Fully quit and reopen Grok Bot
Reset Grok Bot’s Computer (Settings → Updates)
Created a fresh bot, sent a plain message with no tools/connectors/memory
Restarted the machine
Steps to Reproduce
Open any Grok Bot
Send “hello”
Error appears within a few seconds
