### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)? Grok Bot ### Describe the Bug Error: Persistent “Bot failed to respond” message. The bot remains stuck and does not recover. Hey, thanks for the report. I checked your account. The Grok Bot computer got stuck a couple of days ago. Your messages are reaching us, but the computer isn’t picking them up, so it ends with the error “Bot failed to respond”. That also explains why reset and update didn’t help. The resets go through, but the computer itself doesn’t recover. This is a known issue we’re tracking. I’ve flagged your account so the team can restore the computer on our side. You don’t need to reinstall anything. I’ll reply here as soon as it’s done. ---

Hi Dean, Thank you for the response. Useful info: the bot was trying to install a vpn around the time that it stopped working. Pass this along to the team as a failure mode. ---

Thanks, that’s a helpful detail. I’ll pass it to the team as a possible failure mode. The VPN part might depend on how the box ends up in that state. ---
