2 days ago I upgraded to the Super plan but I am experiencing an abnormal and extreme spike in my usage metrics. while working for only half a day using tasks that previously consumed only 1% to 2% of my quota (primarily simple text language translation) my usage suddenly spiked to **32%**. Furthermore, this occurred while using the cheapest, non-fast Composer model. given how drastically this differs from expected consumption it appears there might be a bug or miscalculation in usage tracking. anyone from the cursor team can clarify why this massive jump occurred? ---

I’m getting really tired of being a Guinea pig / $200 payor to Xai. I asked for a one time usage reset credit and Sam just ignores my request like I’m a fool. ---

Same thing happened to me, went from 45% to 92% in an instant. I recommend they just reset our usage all together once they fix it, problem solved LoL! ---

Indeed! **I’m affected too!** My usage just jumped from 44% to 88%! What’s interesting and kinda shady here is we have no way of knowing what $200 gets us. There’s no meter, no nothing. It’s like “trust us, you got your $200 worth. Now your usage is up, pay is more” I smell class action coming Elon. ---

Same here on the Cursor $200 (Ultra) plan. On Nov 1, 2026 my Grok Bot weekly usage jumped from ~46% to 92% with no real activity; the usage breakdown only accounts for ~46%. Settings and the [cursor.com](http://cursor.com) spending page both show the inflated number. I have a client presentation tomorrow and am now nearly blocked. Support ticket: T-I91556. Please fix the meter and restore the lost usage for affected users. ---

Same. Went to bed around 60% for Grokbot and now it’s at 100% for no reason. I subscribe for notification of service issues and there have been a ton over the last week. I’m debating switching to a different service. First month of actually using it and it’s one of the most unreliable services I’ve purchased. ---

Same here on Ultra. My bot finished at 11:32 pm last night (London time), and I still had about 50% left when I checked at 12:30 am. Woke up this morning to 100% used and can’t use it anymore. Nothing was running overnight, no routines scheduled either. Usage was normal the past few days, so this really caught me off guard. ---

Fixed however I’m still at 100% even leaving it at 60% last night? This incident is not fixed. Reopen and fix it. ---

Same here, also overnight Oct 31 to Nov 1. I was at about 53% used around 21:00 CET and at 100% by about 05:44, when I got locked out. My usage export shows only about 8% of my week on that window, so the jump doesn’t match the actual usage. It overlaps the billing and usage dashboard incident (status.x.ai, started 06:38 CET). Support ticket T-I92729 is open. Has anyone had a reset or correction yet? ---
