Has anyone else experienced this issue in Cursor?

Describe the Bug

For a while now, I’ve been facing a frustrating bug: after sending a message, if I click somewhere else in the interface, the agent’s response temporarily disappears. It usually comes back after a few seconds, but the behavior is quite annoying and disrupts the workflow.

Is this a known issue? Any fixes or workarounds?

Would appreciate any insights

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue. It’s a rendering bug in the chat panel where transcripts or agent replies temporarily disappear when you switch focus. The team is aware, and it’s already on the radar as a high priority.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a reliable workaround yet. Like you noticed, the replies come back after a few seconds, that’s the only option right now.

Your report helps with prioritization. We’ll update the thread when there’s a fix.
